Microsoft revealed the Surface Laptop Ultra at Computex 2026, the first laptop powered by NVIDIA's new RTX Spark chip. The device represents a major evolution of the Surface line, combining Microsoft's premium hardware design with NVIDIA's gaming and AI capabilities.

The Surface Laptop Ultra features a refined aluminum chassis, a high-refresh-rate display, and the RTX Spark chip enabling gaming performance previously impossible on thin-and-light Windows on ARM laptops. Microsoft emphasized the device's AI capabilities, with Windows 11's Copilot features running locally on the integrated NPU.
